Featuring presentations by Patrick O’Connor, Director of Thurston County Public Defense and Anne Larsen, Outreach Services Coordinator, Olympia Police Department discussing how their programs have tried to move toward more humane and effective justice. There will be an opportunity for questions after the presentations.
