Challenging congregant situations adeptly and compassionately handled by the Board and the Healthy Congregations Team
Added a second service starting Jan. 12, 2025; attendance for services and forums increased-survey still available through Tuesday
Served 36 Community Dinners to an average of 60+ people each week
Offered three new member classes and welcomed 31 new members
Supported community building with groups and events including annual picnic (approximately 100 in attendance), election night event, and monthly nature, parent, and GenXYZ groups
FIA Teams, Environmental Action and Social Justice, continue steady advocacy and justice work
New FIA teams formed for One Parish One Prisoner (OPOP) and Solidarity with Immigrant Families Together (SWIFT)
Served 40+ children and youth with Sunday programs, youth group, classes, 2 summer camps, and a yearlong 7-9th grade OWL class
Offered 27 classes and workshops for adults
Website redesign completed
Streamlined and documented all administrative tasks and processes
Reconfigured administrative and financial positions & welcomed new staff
