Request Space and Share Your Event
Please check the OUUC calendar for your desired date and time and click on any scheduled events to review their room assignments and meeting times. After you’ve made sure the space you’d like to request is not already reserved for your desired time, use the form below to submit an event for inclusion on the OUUC calendar, and reserve virtual Zoom rooms, phsyical spaces at OUUC, and hybrid meeting equipment. Thank you for taking the time to review the calendar before submitting your room reservation request, this helps ensure that your requested space is available and avoids scheduling conflicts.
Please submit requests as soon as possible to allow time for your request to be reviewed. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis while taking into consideration group size and the suitability of the space for the activity. Every effort will be made to accommodate the room requested; however, specific room assignments cannot be guaranteed.
