Purpose:
The heart of the work of the Healthy Congregations Team is the OUUC covenant. The purpose of the Healthy Congregations Team is to help support healthy communications and relationships at OUUC so that we may live into our covenant. This support may take the form of listening deeply, offering skill building, inviting reflection and discussion, helping to navigate and transform conflict, and modeling healthy communications.
