If this is a “Faith in Action” fundraiser, describe its focus

Include names

At least two additional people involved

Examples: OUUC members, friends of the church, community members, etc.

Include: roles needed; how volunteers will be recruited

Include: spaces; equipment; financial resources.

Anything else that would help the Board make a decision about this proposal.
