Content will be published where appropriate and as space is available. Content may be edited for space or clarity. Shorter is better!

The most important information you can provide to the reader is not a list of everything on the menu, what specific room they should go to, or every item on the agenda. The most important information is how attending the event will benefit them, how it has ongoing value, or how it will be a memorable experience. Move from providing details to creating engagement. Aim for 50 -100 words (or less)!

Our Communications Team of staff and volunteers will determine how your message will be shared. Methods include the weekly e-blast, the website, Facebook, Twitter, and the Sunday morning printed announcement sheet.

Please note that this is a request form. Your plan will then be approved, modified, or more information will be requested.

The deadline for the weekly email is Tuesday at 11:00 am.

Please use photos you have taken yourself. Pictures of children can only be used with permission of the parent or guardian. Graphics from websites need to be those that are in the public domain. Contact the Administrator for sources of graphics.

  • Do I need input from the Accountable Person for my ministry area?
