The Olympia Unitarian Universalist Congregation’s Share the Plate (STP) Program shares 50% of the weekly church service collections to six community nonprofit organizations and the Minister’s Benevolence Fund each year. Each nonprofit organization is assigned a two-month period during the year, and the amounts of grants typically total $2,800-$3,200.
Many Unitarian Universalist Congregations have a Share the Plate Program with similar sharing arrangements and formats.
