We are living in very challenging times collectively, and we all also go through personally challenging times. Spiritual practices and resources can help us navigate these challenging times. A hymn, a prayer, meditation, embodied movement practices, and other practices can ground and settle us as well as give us the strength to choose hope and continue faithfully doing the next right thing.
Our Unitarian Universalist Association’s Side with Love campaign has lovingly gathered up practices and resources to help us, which you can find here: Spiritual Practices for Challenging Moments — Side With Love
Not every practice will be right for you, and that’s OK. Explore and experiment, and adapt as you like. May we all find what our spirits need in these times.
Yours in faith and struggle,
Rev. Sara and Rev. Mary
