Spiritual Practices at OUUC are varied and include many different modalities as well as drawing from different sources and traditions. We have ongoing spiritual practice groups that are drop-in, and we have Soul Matters small group ministry groups that commit to meeting with each other for 8 or 9 months.
If you are interested in starting or leading a new spiritual practice group, please contact our Director of Community and Faith Development, Rev Sara Lewis, at dcfd@ouuc.org
