The Olympia Unitarian Universalist Church’s primary purpose is to carry on the mission and ministry of the Congregation. The Olympia Unitarian Universalist Congregation has an active ministry to children, youth, adults, and senior adults. It has significant outreach to the community. Our music program is one of the finest in the city. Programs and people are our top priorities when it comes to building use.
The Olympia Unitarian Universalist Congregation provides a limited number of community organizations with ongoing use of the church. Other organizations and individuals use our facilities on a one-time-only or short-term basis. If additional space is available, then priority is given first to nonprofit groups that are supported by the Congregation and second to other nonprofits. Our tax status mandates that we can allow for-profit organizations to use the facilities only for a limited number of days per year.
Checking Availability:
The use of the Building and Grounds is managed by OUUC office staff. If you wish to check for date availability prior to filling out any forms, please call the OUUC office at 360-634-2005, email office@ouuc.org, or look at the OUUC online calendar here.
Booking Space:

Members and pledging friends of the congregation are not charged rental fees for personal use of church facilities for life passage events (weddings and memorials) and do not need to furnish proof of event insurance.
If you’re seeking space on behalf of an individual or group outside of OUUC (i.e., not formally supported by OUUC), you’ll need to fill out the rental agreement form (link below), and–once you’ve been approved for the rental date requested–pay the required fees and provide the OUUC office with proof of event insurance. Rental fees are listed in the rental agreement form itself.

If you would like OUUC’s minister to participate in your event, she will need to be contacted directly. Her cost for services rendered is listed in the UMMA Scale of Fees (Geo Index 4), which can be found here: UMMA Scale of Fees
OUUC’s Spaces Available for Rent:
