CHECK LIST FOR KITCHEN CLEAN-UP FOLLOWING GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL USE

COUNTERS:

All counters are clear and wiped down.

DISHES:

Dishes are either loaded in dishwasher or taken home.

Run dishwashers if full.

FOOD:

Any leftover food that could be served with coffee on Sunday is labeled for coffee, wrapped and refrigerated.

Do not leave food or condiments assuming others will use it.

Food not labeled will be thrown out.

REFRIGERATOR:

Insure the doors are shut and sealed.

Food not labeled will be thrown out. (worth repeating)

STOVE:

If the stove was used, wipe down stovetop and burners.

TURN OFF ALL COFFEE POTS:

Bunn – turn off all 3 switches.
Mr. Coffee – unplug it.

Check to make sure that the coffee grinds are emptied into the food waste bin.

SERVING WINDOWS:

Serving windows should BOTH be down. This helps maintain even building temperature.

If you find the kitchen left in poor condition, contact the Church Administrator immediately with time, date and issue.

Your help in maintaining this common area is appreciated by all who use it.

Thanks.

The kitchen should look like this (or better) when you leave it.
